Foolecha

Foolecha is fried bread made from flour, salt, sugar, yeast, butter and oil to fry. Rub butter into flour to resemble bread crumbs. Add salt, sugar, yeast and bind with water. Rest in container for 2 hours to rise. Heat oil in frying pan. Roll out dough size a pizza, about 2 to 3 mm thick. Use a cup to cut out round circle on rolled out dough. Rest cut dough on a sheet of cloth while oil is getting hot. Deep fry in 1 1/2 cup oil. Cooking process is quick. Foolecha will rise rapidly, turn and fry till golden brown.
