An Anaheim pepper is a mild spicy variety of chili pepper.Good for stuffing and roasting.You can find them usually in Indian grocery
shops.

Wash dry and slit lengthwise in the middle.If you like it mild remove the seeds.

Gram flour is a flour made from ground chickpeas. It is also known as chickpea flour or chana flour.
Half cup of chana flour


Cumin is the second most popular spice in the world after black pepper. Cumin seeds are used as a spice for their distinctive aroma. Cumin can be used ground or as whole seeds.

Asafoetida powder, also known as Hing, is a crucial ingredient in Indian vegetarian cooking.This spice is used as a digestive aid, in food as a condiment and in pickles. Its odour, when uncooked, is so strong it must be stored in airtight containers; otherwise, the aroma will contaminate other spices stored nearby. However, its odour and flavor become much milder and more pleasant upon heating in oil or ghee, acquiring a taste and aroma reminiscent of sautéed onion and garlic.

Fill batter into slit chilli
